Koide (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a Japanese manufacturer of precision steel tubing — recently signed a contract to buy land for its new factory at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) developed by Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. The construction of the plant will begin in December 2010 and operation will start in May 2011.
