Holiday Inn Pattaya was pleased to welcome Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud (1st from Left) in Master Pastry Chef Class 2011 which was held at the Hotel’s Ballroom, organized by Biz Portal Co., Ltd. The participants are mostly chefs from international brand hotels in Pattaya, local 4 — 5 star hotels, bakery and restaurants owners who would like to experience the art of confections and pastry from the master chef himself. Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud is originally from France and was awarded the title “Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France en patisserie confiserie” in 2000. He is one of the best pastry chefs of France for pastry and confectionary.
