Food Promotion April-May 2011 — Get along, get moving and Go Go Go Man-go. It’s a special new buffet promotion by The Square at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom from 1 April to 31 May 2011, when mango mania takes hold and many dishes will feature the succulent tropical fruit.
An entire dessert corner of The Square’s expansive buffet will be devoted to the fruit for sweet creations such as pudding, cheesecake, custard, panna cotta, ice cream, sorbet, shooter and tart all made with mango along with traditional Thai favourite mango and sticky rice.
Mango is a versatile fruit, however, so during the two months of Go Go Go Mango the buffet also will offer salads such as mango and crabmeat as well as cous cous with mango. Hot foods will feature specialities like crab cakes with mango salsa in addition to deep-fried chicken with spicy mango salsa. Guests likewise can order refreshing mango drinks — smoothies, frappes and shakes — from the เ la carte menu.
Go Go Go Man-go is part of The Square’s regular buffet priced at THB 540++ for lunch and THB 640++ for dinner.
