Mizuki (Thailand) Co., Ltd. — a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer and a 100% subsidiary company of Mizushima-kiko Co., Ltd., — purchased 9 rai (15,440 square meters) of land at Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate on 2 February 2011. The new factory will operate in December 2011 and will produce machining automotive parts related to engine, transmission, and suspension. Floor space of factory in initial operation will be about 2,000 square meters with plans to expand gradually depending on the order situation in the future.
