Food Promotion from 30 April 2011 onwards - The Square at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit has heard appeals for a Saturday brunch buffet and answers with an elaborate spread in one of downtown’s chicest settings.
It’s not just about ambience though, it’s about the food of course, and in this regard The Square will impress. Best of all, the weekend entertainment fund won’t be depleted. Brunch prices are only THB 1,200 ++ for adults and THB 650++ for children 5 to 11.
Seafood highlights include New Zealand mussels, Alaskan king crab and freshly shucked French oysters flown in directly from Paris’s Rungis Market. Other treats include herb-infused rock lobster, tiger prawns, poached blue shell crabs, seafood skewers and pan-seared John Dory with caper sauce.
Brunch at The Square is an inter affair, to bust a rhyme, and features a Japanese corner serving sushi, sashimi and maki rolls, while Indian food lovers will find aromatic curries served with fresh naan bread. Also on offer are a foie gras station, hot selections such as marinated grilled lamb chops and a carving station for roast prime rib with red wine jus.
Saturday is sweet with desserts such as walnut brownie, fruit tart and warm melting chocolate tart ending the meal on a memorable note.
Price for The Square’s Saturday bunch buffet includes a various drinks featuring cocktails, house spirits and selection of wines.
