Food Promotion April 2011 — The Square at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit invites guests to a scrumptious Easter Sunday brunch buffet. On 24 April 2011, parents, kids and all celebrants will find favourite holiday dishes along with The Square’s wide range of international cuisines and special food stations. Moreover, while Easter Sunday brunch has long been a seasonal tradition, enjoying it at The Square this year means chance to celebrate in a new and uncommonly stylish setting.
Just for Easter, The Square’s chefs have created dishes such as Easter Baked Ham, Roasted Stuffed Lamb Legs and Easter Lamb Pies. Perhaps not traditional but delicious just the same will be seafood delicacies including Alaskan crab legs and cold poached seafood, in addition to buffet mainstays such as The Square’s foie gras station.
An Easter theme definitely holds for dessert with favourites such as Easter chocolate eggs, chocolate Easter bunnies and hot cross buns.
Easter Brunch at The Square is priced at THB 950++ for adults and THB 540++ for children five to 11 years; children under five dine free of charge.
The Square is one of the Ploenchit area’s most stylish new additions to the dining scene. Sleek and contemporary d้cor is enhanced by sweeping city views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
