Asst.Prof.Dr. Suebsaeng Promboon (2nd row - 5th from left), Vice Minister for Education, Ministry of Education and Ms. Patama Chantaruck (2nd row — 4th from left), Managing Director, Microsoft (Thailand) Limited announced the winners of “Microsoft IT Youth Challenge 2011” competition set to enhance IT skills amongst students in primary to secondary school levels. The projects are parts of “Partners in Learning Program” under collaboration between Microsoft Thailand and The Ministry of Education for seven consecutive years aiming to transform education through the use of ICT.
