The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa presents all new menus of Italian dishes, “Risotto”, at the Salas Restaurant. Risotto is Italian Carnaroli rice slowly cooked with white wine and broth, then finished with fresh grated Parmigiano and butter. There are more than 5 delicious dishes of Italian Risotto cooked only as an Italian could do so. Risotto con Zucchini e Gamberi with zucchini and shrimps, Risotto di Cappesante e Pesto di Basilico with imported sea scallops and basil pesto, Risotto al Pomodoro e Parmiggiano with tomato reduction and parmesan cheese, Risotto con Carciofi e Taleggio with artichoke hearts and Taleggio cheese, and Risotto con Fegato grasso di Oca e Asparagi with duck foie gras and asparagus.
The Salas Restaurant, set in the heart of the resort by the swimming pool serves authentic Italian food in a relaxed Thai setting. Enjoy a meal in one of 10 unique pavilions, surrounded by a lagoon style pool and tropical gardens.
