"Two Forty Eight Cafe & Bar", the trendy new restaurant and latest addition to Ratchadapisek Road’s dining scene, proudly introduces the ‘International BBQ Buffet’ promotion which is available every Friday for dinner throughout May - June 2011.
Executive Chef Teekanun Mandachitra prepares superb international favorites for your personal selection. Appetizer choices include Mini Crab with Cilantro Mayo, Ham & Cheese Souffl?, Spiced Cocktail Meat Balls and Assorted Sushi. The salad selections are a delicious Couscous Salad and hearty German Potato Salad. At the BBQ station, Chef Teekanun will prepare mouthwatering marinated pork, chicken, beef and prawn kebabs, plus corn on the cob and baked potatoes. Beside the BBQ choices, there are various hot dishes to choose from, including Pan-fried Dory Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce, Roasted Pork Loin with Grainy Mustard Cream Sauce, Indian Curry with Chickpeas, Penne Pasta with Bacon & Spicy Tomato Sauce and Fried Rice with Eggs. The tempting dessert menu includes Caramel Custard, Panna Cotta, Cherry Cheese Cake and Tropical Fresh Fruit.
