In 2011, TNT will focus on sales and marketing operations, with the aim of allowing TNT to become the leading provider of integrated delivery services. At the heart of TNT’s strategy for growth is its plan to get closer to customers and to continue to enhance the customer experience. Award-winning customer service center supports, reliable on-time delivery, unparalleled ground and air networks and round-the-clock assistance to its customers all allow for their continued fulfillment, satisfaction and successful growth. TNT has also changed our Call Center phone number to be 1721, which will be effective on 1 April 2011. In order to increase market share, TNT will strengthen its services in key-lanes, expanding its operational capabilities and marketing activities to help bring balance to its mix of product offering to customers. The strategic drive to deliver higher quality customer account services will ultimately improve overall satisfaction while improving profitability. Alan Miu, Managing Director, TNT Express Worldwide (Thailand) Co., Ltd. spoke of the increasing focus on partnership interaction; “While we are continually building on air and road networks, a key to our 2011 strategy will be a strong improvement in sales, marketing and relationship-building with our key clients. TNT will engage in roadshows, executive talks and bi-lateral programs which will continue to demonstrate the benefits of its already-successful Customer Loyalty Program.” Further consolidation of the Asia Road Network (ARN) and domestic networks will enable TNT to offer unrivalled express freight services to Thai importers, exporters and manufacturers in technology, automotive, health care and other high value industries. Alan Miu, Managing Director of TNT Express Worldwide (Thailand) Co., Ltd, said, “For 2011, many countries in South East Asia (including Thailand) expect the economic development rate to be on the rise, especially in the commerce and international trade sector. This creates demand for logistics business solutions through continuing development of the public utility infrastructure, as well as the rapid growth of the business sector. We are perfectly positioned to leverage this economic growth.” For further information, please contact: Pilaiwan Sipyok Public Relations Consultant Vivaldi Public Relations Tel: 02 612 2253 Fax: 02 612 2254 Mobile: 085 255 1911 Email: [email protected]
