Birathon Kasemsri Na Ayudhaya, Managing Director, Microsoft (Thailand) Limited, is the successor of Patama Chantaruck who has completed the standard 4-year term in the position of Managing Director and will return to the U.S. to take up a new role in Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. He said that over the 19 years of its operation in Thailand, Microsoft (Thailand) Limited has remained committed to bringing new innovations in response to the needs of people, focusing on work efficiency, cost-efficiency, and business advantages for companies in every level. With such commitment, the business of Microsoft Thailand along with its partners has been strengthened continually. In terms of its contribution to society, Microsoft have been working hand in hand with every party in bringing forward the potential of the IT people and industry, as well as increasing technology access to people and providing them with the advantages of a higher standard of life. In particular, under the 4-year term held by Patama advancements in various areas including education, local innovation and people’s competence. are strikingly evident.

In terms of products and solutions, we will continue to give heavy focus on enterprise customers along with expanding further to other markets with strategic planning and analysis as well as value-added initiatives from my previous experiences.”

Some of them include the Partners in Learning project, Imagine Cup, IT community center, BETTER as well as special programs for partners and customers. I firmly believe that the new Managing Director will continue the work smoothly and I will be working closely with K.Birathon to make sure that the transition goes well for the best advantages of partners and customers alike. In addition, my new role at Microsoft Corp will give me additional opportunities to bring more benefits and investments to Microsoft Thailand as well as help support and drive key initiatives of Microsoft Thailand and its partners to success with new dimensions and business continuity.”
