Thai agents, Agency Leaders and VPs were honored for their outstanding sales performance during 2010 at the second annual ING Asia/Pacific Hall of Fame awards celebration in Singapore. The Hall of Fame award ceremony, themed “High Flyer,” was held in conjunction with the annual Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Experience event.
All IAP business units were invited to participate and this year it was the biggest regional agency incentive event ever held with more than 430 guests, including the Hall of Fame winners from each business unit. ING agents attending the MDRT Experience also joined the Hall of Fame award ceremony to congratulate our top producers along with ING Asia/Pacific Senior Leadership and Management.
The Hall of Fame opened with Insurance Asia Pacific CEO Frank Koster congratulating the winners of Hall of Fame and thanking them for their contribution in 2010. Dressed as an airline pilot, Mr Koster navigated the agents through a presentation on ING's full-year financial results recently announced and outlined the future direction of the company. The night’s entertainments included beautiful sand painting, dancing and ariel acrobat.
It is ING Insurance’s tradition to reward performance and excellence. Winning a place in the Hall of Fame is what all our agents are aspiring to.

Ratchanee Sirisakul-Ngam, Assistant Vice President — Agency Channel, ING Life Limited was the top producer with the highest FYPs in Thailand. She has received the Hall of Fame award for two consecutive years. “Being granted the ING Asia/Pacific Hall of Fame award is a memorable experience. The Hall of Fame award ceremony was a splendid event that met agents’ expectation. It was the assembly of agents and executives from seven markets in Asia. Everyone granted this prestigious award felt much honored. My two team members and I have received this award. We really had a great time and felt the warmth.
