Bangkok Bank Senior Vice President and manager in the bank’s metropolitan corporate banking division, Ms. Nithawadee Limpodom (Center) has been announced as the winner of The Asian Banker Promising Young Banker Award for the Asia Pacific Region 2011; the highest award for young bankers in Asia. Ms. Nithawadee was chosen as the top young banker in the Asia Pacific from among more than 100 contenders from throughout the Asia Pacific region. This is the second time a Bangkok Bank executive has won the supreme award for young bankers in the Asia Pacific. Bangkok Bank EVP Mr. Piya Sosothikul won the inaugural award in 2007. The awards are based on three main qualifications: responsibility in supervising a core business division, outstanding management performance and holding a top management position in the organization at less than 40 years of age. The Promising Young Banker awards were announced in Hong Kong on 6 April, 2011.
