The world renowned Songkran Festival, our traditional New Year, is celebrated with exuberance all around the Kingdom and it is also a great time to savour classic seasonal Thai recipes.
Here’s your chance to enjoy authentic Thai specialities: Chao Chae — Jasmine rice soaked in scented ice water and served with tasty condiments; Khao Mun/Som Tam/Gai Yang — Grilled chicken served with rice cooked in coconut milk, and papaya salad; Khao Niew Mamuang — Mango with sticky rice; Mamuang Nam Pla Warn — Raw mango with sweet and chili dip and Kanom Warn Nam Khang Sai — Thai ice dessert with condiments.
