Siam Commercial Bank Chairman of the Executive Committee Dr. Vichit Suraphongchai presided over the certification ceremony for the second SCB SME -Intelligent Entrepreneur Program (SCB SME - IEP). The SCB SME - IEP is a cooperative program between Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) and Chulalongkorn University, organized to help SME clients hone their professional business management skills.
