Khun Pichpajee brings with her over 16 years of experience in HR consulting and advisory services, including salary structure, total rewards, organization transformation and change. Formerly a consultant with international firms Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, BT Consulting and PricewaterhouseCooper, she has led major projects involving organization transformation, competency development and appraisal system design.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Law Degree from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, Khun Pichpajee offers a wealth of experience in different sectors: Finance and Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Government, and others. A full-service HR professional, Khun Pichpajee has played an important role in building Towers Watson's business in Thailand and in positioning the company as a trusted partner of several international corporations as well as local organizations.
