In a fun and informative hands-on Italian cooking class, Chef Stefano will teach you how to cook his favourite dishes and provide valuable insight into the world’s most celebrated cuisine. Aspiring chefs can select three items from a choice of exquisite appetizers, pastas and risottos, entrees and desserts.
Delicious appetizers include Parmigiana di melanzane, eggplant Parmesan, vitello tonnato, veal with tuna sauce, cozze alla marinara, mussels saut?ed Marinara style, and calzone proschiutto, funghi e spinaci, calzone pizza filled with ham, mushrooms and spinach.
The choice of five authentic pasta and risotto dishes includes tagliatelle alla bolognese, tagliatelle with a classic bolognese sauce, gnocchi di patate alla sorrentina, potato gnocchi Sorrentina style with tomato, mozzarella and basil, and risotto alla Milanese, a traditional Milan-style risotto. There’s also entrees of saltimbocca alla Romana, veal saltimbocca Romana-style with Parma ham and sage, and cotoletta di pollo alla Milanese con rucola, Milan-style chicken breast with rocket leaves, and a selection of divine desserts including panna cotta, and a heavenly tiramisu.
The class include personal guidance from the highly respected Chef Stefano, and all ingredients for your chosen dishes, a glass of wine to enjoy with the lunch you have cooked plus three additional dishes prepared by Rossini’s culinary team. You will also receive printed recipes and cooking instructions, and a special gift from Chef Stefano for your next cooking adventure at home.

Chef Stefano’s inspirational cooking class is just Baht 3,900 net per person and is held every Saturday at Rossini’s from 10.30 - 14.30 hours.
