Thai Airways International Public Company Limited will hold the Company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting 2011, on Wednesday, 27 April 2011 at 13.30 hours at the Army Club, 3rd Floor, Makawan Rangsan Room, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. Agenda items include:
- Consideration and approval of the Company’s balance sheet and income statements for the year 2010
- Consideration and approval of the dividend payment from the Company’s business operations for the year 2010
- Consideration for payment of Directors’ remunerations
- Consider appointment of the financial auditor and the audit fee
- Consider the election of Directors
After conclusion of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, a press conference will be held at Tewakum Rangrak Room, located on the 2nd Floor or the Army Club.
