AirAsia opened two new sales offices in India last week (18-19 April 2011). Both offices in Kolkata and New Delhi are centrally located in the heart of the city. “We’d like to provide more options for travelers who may prefer to have a face to face interaction with travel agents. This will ensure that consumers have the choice of booking online or in person, at any of our new Authorized Travel Centers. AirAsia is committed to customizing our service to suit each market and we are glad to provide more convenience and accessibility to our Indian consumers”, says Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia.
