Mr. Satit Rungkasiri, Director-General of the Revenue Department, presided at the opening ceremony of the Joint RD — OECD Seminar. It is the second time that the Revenue Department coorganised international seminar with OECD. This time the seminar comprises over 10 Asian countries and is being held at Rose Garden Riverside, Nakhon Pathom during 26 — 29 April 2011 under the topic “Taxation of Financial Instruments”.
