Laura Fygi, the classy Dutch-Egyptian songstress with a unique voice, will return to Hong Kong to perform and celebrate her 20th anniversary as a solo artist, as well as in support of her latest album “The Best Is Yet To Come” at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on May 31, for one night only. The performance will be joined by JZ All-Star Big Band conducted by Nicholas Bouloukos.
With an internationally acclaimed music career spanning over 2 decades, Laura Fygi has proven to be among the world’s most successful jazz artists. Besides working with big names in today’s music scene such as Michael Franks, Michel Legrand, Toots Tielemans, etc., she has also toured the world, performing at big venues in Asia and Europe.
Laura Fygi will be performing not only her innumerable hits from the past years but also songs from her new album. She will take audiences to experience an amazing musical journey by performing with the premier jazz big band in China.
