Mr. Pierre Andre Pelletier, General Manager of the Amari Watergate Bangkok recently announced the appointment of Mr. Yiu Chi Chow as Executive Chinese Chef at Heichinrou Restaurant.
Prior to join with the Amari Watergate Bangkok he previously worked as Head Chef at Heritage Club CCA International Bangkok and Heichinrou Tokyo.
