Well, those days are history at The Square. Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit’s signature restaurant features a stylish buffet ambience making for uncommonly memorable holiday times. However there’s more than ambience, and for certain a wide-ranging international spread and full เ la carte menu await. Cuisine stations feature Japanese and Indian favourites as well as many Asian stir-fry dishes. Carvings of fine rib-eye and lamb, live grill stations for meat and seafood delicacies along with a foie gras station further lend a festive air.
Seafood highlights for holiday brunches include New Zealand mussels, Alaskan king crab, freshly shucked French oysters flown in directly from Paris’s Rungis Market, and many more fruits of the sea.
Holidays are likewise times to indulge, and guests will find the temptations irresistible with desserts such as white chocolate cake, macadamia nut tart and warm melting chocolate tart.
Holiday brunch at The Square is priced at THB 950++ for adults and THB 540++ for children five to 11 years; children under five dine free of charge.
