Ensuring a delightful evening is our special guest Leigh Gilligan, the director of Brokenhills Estate.
Gilligan is a true veteran of the Australian wines. Among his creations is the exceptional Gilligan Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre at McLaren Vale. He will bring in his extensive knowledge, charm and experience of over 25 years to delight the wine lovers on this special evening.
The lavish 5 course menu especially created by our award-winning chef, Seared scallop, Braised shin of veal, pea risotto, edamame mash, lobster truffle sauce, kabayaki and Seared scallop, edamame mash, lobster truffle sauce, kabayaki just to name the three, for the evening will be complemented by a range of specially selected wines from Brokenhills Estate Winery.
