Not so at The Square, however, for the new Weekend Seafood Buffet at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom’s signature dining venue brings great value to everyone’s two favourite evenings of the week.
From 1 June every Friday and Saturday night guests can enjoy a fantastic seafood buffet at only THB 760++ for adults and THB 380++ for children ages five to 11.
Buffet highlights include New Zealand mussels, Alaskan king crab, sea bass and freshly shucked French oysters flown in directly from Paris’s Rungis Market. Other treats include herb-infused rock lobster, tiger prawns, poached blue shell crabs, seafood skewers and pan-seared John Dory with caper sauce. Not to be missed are buffet specialities like whole roasted salmon in salt crust with mustard dill sauce, while those keen on smoked fish will find a corner dedicated to the delicacy.
It’s not exclusively seafood treats on offer though, as weekend buffet mainstays such as the foie gras station will allow diners to make the evening a surf-and-turf affair. Lasting impressions arrive in the form of a tempting dessert station full of eye-catching creations such as white chocolate cake, a variety of cheese cake types as well as macadamia nut and warm melting chocolate tarts.
