In order to get into a new market or capture a new business opportunity, collaboration with other companies in form of a joint venture or alliance becomes increasingly important. Our one day Joint Venture Seminar is designed to help those responsible for developing or managing joint ventures gain a better understanding of legal and tax strategies for creating a successful joint venture in Thailand.
