Executive Chef Murray Paterson of Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel proudly presents his newly initiated Grape Cuisine served in 3 courses for lunch and dinner with selections at The Square restaurant. Complimenting the dishes by GranMonte wines are Classic Waldorf salad with mixed grapes, mixed fruit salad with black and white grapes with white grape vinaigrette, pan seared sea bass with a Shiraz Buere Blanc sauce, slow roasted duck breast with a black grape and Shiraz jus. Desserts are mixed grape crumble with a warm vanilla cream sauce and classic assorted grape flan with whipped cream. Price is at Baht 850 net per set menu.
