One of the finest chefs is prepare a tantalising five course dinner whilst waiters serve five of the finest wines with a commentary of the pairings by the Brand Ambassador of Moet Hennessy — it sounds too good to be true!
For one night only on June 9th, 2011, Anantara invites the culinary cultured and curious to a evening of fine food and wine beachside at Anantara Bophut’s award winning Italian restaurant Full Moon.
Each course has been meticulously prepared by Executive Chef Don Lawson and includes such delicacies as — Queen of the sea US scallops, Moet’s new sparking wine inspired white risotto with poached lobster, slow braised lamb with Silver Creek Portobello mushroom strudel, lava stone char-grilled Angus fillet mignon and King Island “Blue Opal cheese with red wine poached pear.
To compliment each dish, five classic wines including Moet’s new sparkling wine Chandon Ros?, Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2008, Domain Chandon Chardonnay 2008, Cape Mentelle Cabernet Merlot 2007, Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2008 will be served to wet the palate during each course. The evening is hosted by Mr. Arnaud Mirey, Regional Brand Ambassador for Moet & Hennessy.
