What is ResaVision? Many people might know the meaning; however there are some people who do not know of this programme.
ResaVision is Accor’s reservation ‘mystery shopping’ programme. ResaVision evaluates the interaction over the telephone between a hotel staff member and a customer when making a room reservation or cancellation. It is divided into seven assessment categories; greeting, Identifying Needs, Selling Initiative / Recommendations, Documentation and Recap, Farewell, Rapport / Customer Service and Hotel Full / Refusal. Each category of the Evaluation is assigned a specific point value. The criteria within each of these categories is also assigned an individual (weighting).
