Bangkok--30 May--Rembrandt Hotel Rembrandt Hotel is proud to unveil its brand new Lobby Bar Menu. Chef Andrew Mann has created an exciting, fresh and healthy array of snacks to suit everyone’s palette. Highlights on the new menu are two different “tapas” platters, modeled after the traditional Spanish Tapas, for those looking to have small finger foods while having a glass of wine or one of the Lobby Bar’s signature cocktails. The first “tapas” plate consists of more classical western dishes with guacamole, hummus, tapenade and much more. The second dish combines traditional Thai specialties including Snakehead fish with chili, shallots and mint leaves (Pla Chon Nam Tok), Grilled pork with spicy dressing (Lab Moo Yang) and much more. For the more health conscious guest the menu also features fusion-style gluten free Vietnamese rice paper spring rolls with three different fillings: Smoked salmon, avocado and coriander (egg free), Tofu, vegetables and hot Thai basil (vegetarian) and the third with Tiger prawn, asparagus and feta cheese. Each dish is meticulously paired with wines by Food & Beverage Manager Quentin Fougeroux. Selections of white wine include 2011Granmonte, Spring unwooded Chenin Blanc from Khao Yai, Thailand and red wines including 2009 Granmonte, Heritage Syrah also from Khao Yai, Thailand. Enjoy these specialties at the Lobby Bar of the Rembrandt Hotel every day, and anytime from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
