More than 180 local and overseas teams will descend upon the East Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront to challenge for glory in a three-day event. The festival itself is a tribute to Qu Yuan, the former minister and poet who sacrificed his life in the Mi Lo River as an act of protest against government corruption 2,000 years ago.
