Today THAI played host to Star Alliance at its Annual Asia-Pacific Regional Workshop, bringing airport managers of member carriers from around the region. The two-day workshop aims to update Star Alliance managers on Star Alliance product developments as well as to engage members in best sharing and product delivery for improved customer experience. Participation at the workshop included 78 participants from 14 carriers operating at 18 airports in the Asia-Pacific region.
Attending the workshop were Mr. Mano Sapayanon, THAI Service Operation Director of Ground Customer Services Department, Mr. Hock Lye Lee, Star Alliance Vice President for Product and Services, Ms. Lisa Yang, Star Alliance Regional Director Asia-Pacific and airport managers of member carriers operating in the region.
