“A Night for Cheese Lovers” is unforgettably indulgent. Boasting over 30 kinds of the most popular and coveted international cheeses, guests are invited to savor a Roquefort, Pouligny St Pierre or Mimolette from France, a Manchego from Spain, Gorgonzola from Italy and a Tete de Moine from Switzerland. The tantalizing board presents an array of creamy and crumbly slices, which can be paired with delicacies from the imported cold cut station for a well rounded taste sensation.
Brio’s special cheese nights become even harder to resist with enticing prices that cater for every appetite and preference. Enjoy three cheeses and two cold cuts for just Baht 350 or five cheeses and two cold cuts for Baht 550. While guests wishing to enhance their connoisseur experience are able to pair their selections with house wine by the glass for Baht 290 or opt for free flow red and white wines at an additional price of Baht 950. Extending the allure into fine dining, Brio is taking these cheese nights to a brand new realm of culinary pleasure by offering endless selections of cheeses and main course creations for only Baht 1,200 each, such as a Gnocchetti di Spinaci alla Crema di Formaggio of spinach gnocchi with a cheese cream sauce, and a La Fonduta al Formaggio - the classic cheese fondue.
