Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently held a press conference to announce the acquisition plan for 37 new aircraft for the year 2011-2017, of which the Board of Directors approved 15 aircraft to be purchased, totaling approximately THB 49.5 billion and 22 aircraft to be on operating lease totaling approximately THB 69.1 billion.
