Recently, Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa led by Mr. Francis Zimmerman (Back row, sixth from right), General Manager and the resort associates warmly welcomed teachers and students’ representative from Wat Bang Nam Chon School to join educational tour program at the resort on the occasion of Minor Founder’s day 2011. Apart from the pleasurable time, students gained more knowledge on various topics relating to the hotel industry such as cake making in the bakery, food and service techniques, pizza making, cruising on Manohra Cruise to learn the lifestyle along Chaophraya River and a garden walk tour where students explored many varieties of plants and trees that are a distinctive point of this beautiful resort in the city. In addition, they planted plants and learned about the importance of environmental sustainability.
