1. Dory Fillet 200 g.
2. Potato 20 g.
3. Asparagus 10 g.
4. Spinach 20 g.
5. Chopped onion 30 g.
6. Panang curry paste 20 g.
7. Coconut milk 30 g.
8. Coconut Sugar 5 g.
9. Fish sauce 5 g.
10. Red Peppers 5 g.
11. White Wine 10 g.
12. Salt - Peppers 5 g.
13. Olive Oil 10 g.
14. Lee Perrine sauce 5 g.
15. Mustard 5 g.
16. Butter 5 g.
How to cook
1. Marinate Dory with white wine, salt, peppers, Lee Perrine and mustard for 3-5 minutes. Then roll and grill fillet at 170 degrees
2. Stir fry coconut milk and Panang curry paste, then add flavour with coconut sugar, fish sauce and Miso sauce
3. Stir fry vegetables with butter, chopped onion and white wine. Decorate with spinach and potato. Then put Panang- Miso sauce plus chopped red peppers on grilled Dory
