Sofitel Bangkok Silom recently welcomed a new and passionate culinary maestro to the kitchen of its chic restaurant, V9 Wine and Dining. Chef J?r?my Tourret is a young and talented chef with a simple
three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to
diners.”
At V9, Chef J?r?my has created an enticing menu that is the culmination of his inspiration, creative flair, and the influences of years spent working alongside Michelin star chefs. He invites guests and discerning diners to discover his contemporary approach to cuisine that brings together international flavours and classic French technique for a truly memorable dining experience.
Embracing the opportunity to showcase his cuisine in Thailand for the first time, the gifted Frenchman wants his exquisite creations to surprise and delight diners. Chef J?r?my’s dishes are generous, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented, a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite.
His Signature dishes include “Tuna tartar, crunchy vegetables, mango, passion fruit condiment”, “Sole fish and girolle mushroom ballotine, cauliflowermousseline, champagne sauce”, “Glazed Australian veal filet, potato gnocchi and morel mushroom” and “St Honor?, vanilla ice cream, caramelized pecan nuts” are now available on his new menu at V9!
Drop by into our extensive Wine Cellar with over 150 imported wines from countries all over the world from Q-Shop, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dishes or to take home. As usual, wines by the bottles are always available at retail prices.
Experience cool sounds selected by V9 DJs, ranging from Jazz, Lounge, Latin, to funky sounds and house.
