Yau Yat Chuen recommends the special recipe menu through this July “Chicken rice with soy sauce”. Sliced chicken is marinated with soy sauce and black soy sauce, and blended with crystalline sugar. Gently flavor the chicken with Chinese wine and Chinese herbs then left for 15-20 minutes to allow marinade absorbs into it. Lastly, serve this with hot steam rice.
