Come and sip beautiful “Marco Polo Vert”, a green tea that was carefully chosen for its smooth, natural flavor, then wed to secret fragrances of fruit and flowers from China and Tibet, as already made famous by the “Marco Polo” blend. This premium tea is perfectly enjoyed with our delicate selection of savouries and enticing desserts.
Plus new and additional items such as Chocolate Mystery Tour, Cr๊pe Cake with Strawberry Coulis, Green Tea Brownie Cheese Cake and Chestnut Meringue Torte. Have a little ice cream or sorbet to refresh your palate and move on to the next round of sticky toffee pudding, chocolate truffles, macaroons and chocolate dip! All of these are by Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet and are featured on the Chocolate Buffet.
