It is difficult to describe the taste of Kurobuta, but imagine a combination of sweet, rich flavor, delicate texture and juiciness — the experience you only have to taste for yourself.
Menu items include: Kurobuta Chashu (Black Pork Belly Ham with Soy Ginger Sauce, Julienned Japan Onion, Mustard), Kurobuta Yuanyaki (Pan Grilled Soy Marinated Black Pork Chop with Lemon Butter Sauce), and many other delectable food choices.
