The Sukhothai Bangkok's experienced Thai culinary team, led by dynamic and talented chef Chamlong Pewthaisong, at Celadon restaurant—one of the city’s most iconic Thai eateries, with its elegant air-conditioned salas and open-air terraces overlooking a picturesque lotus pond—presents exquisite signature Thai seafood dishes available for lunch and dinner throughout the month of July 2011.
The Celadon signature seafood menu includes Spicy Prawn with Mango Salad Wrapped in Rice Paper; Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Thai Herbs; Saut้ed Maine Lobster, Green Pepper Corn, Chilies, Basil Sauce; Crispy Ruby Fish, Fried Garlic, Fresh Chilies, Garlic Chives; Wok-fried Seafood, Thai Herb and Chili Sauce; Stir-fried Manila Clams, Sweet Chili Paste, Holy Basil; and Thai Omelette with Crab Meat and Chaplu leaves.
