Mother’s Day gatherings to honour that most special lady remain an important and long-standing tradition. This year, those wishing to add a new twist to tradition will want to gather at The Square for the restaurant’s Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch.
On Friday, 12 August only, guests will enjoy not only a memorable feast but also special amenities including a souvenir while all moms likewise will be presented with a lovely hand garland. Moreover, the elder mother at every table will dine free of charge when accompanied by at least four paying guests.
But more than mementos await. After receiving a welcome drink of iced jasmine green tea, Mom and guests will find a buffet featuring stations for sushi and sashimi as well as foie gras, a live grill station with carvings of Australian lamb and beef, along with seafood delicacies such as New Zealand mussel and fresh oysters.
Among many dishes served at the buffet’s Thai food station will be som tum poo nim:raw papaya salad with crispysoft shell crab, khanom cheen with gaeng kiew wan kai:rice noodles with green curry, nam prik traditional Thai chilli dip with vegetables), chuu chee pla salmon: salmon with curry sauce, kra poh pla: fish maw soup and many more.
A Thai dessert station will offer favourites like sang kaya phuk thong: pumpkin custard, salim and lot chong:thai style dessert, kanom sod sai, look choop: thai desserts made with bean paste and tub thim krop: mock pomegranate in coconut milk. Western desserts include tiramisu, panna cotta and New Zealand natural ice cream along with fresh fruits and whole-fruits display.
Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at The Square is priced at THB 760++ for adults and THB 450++ for children ages 6 to 12.
