“KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, Krungthep Turakij, and MasterCard jointly stage the 2nd Thailand Boutique Awards 2011 to help promote the tourism industry in Thailand and give smaller hotels nationwide the opportunity to gain more recognition among the consumers. This year’s program is open to hotels with 3 to 79 rooms. The three hotel classes are Small, Deluxe and Luxurious boutique hotels. The four location classes are 1) Seaside 2) Mountain & Forest 3) River & Lake and, 4) City. We will offer Gold and Silver Plaques each for three prize categories as Architecture & Design, Nature & Environment, and, Thematic Idea & Culture. This brings the number of prizes to 72 with 3 additional Outstanding Awards for each class, making the total number of prizes 75.
