Bangkok--13 Jul--Triple Eight Ideas
The DB Bradley Dining Room, set within the colonial splendor of The Eugenia, is a quiet and discrete venue for lunch if you are meeting a friend or entertaining business guests.
Chef Montep Kamonsilp has introduced his Enhancing Lunch Set, where for Baht 690 per person plus service charge and tax you can enjoy a fine and leisurely four-course lunch that includes an appetizer, soup, main course and a dessert.
There is a choice of two appetizers per day, such as les herbes du monde salad with smoked salmon or a warm onion tarte, two main courses such as raviolini with foie gras or fettuccini with black truffle, and two desserts such as a coffee parfait or chocolate crumble with soft cream.
The Eugenia evokes the old world of the late 19th century with its gracious design and atmosphere of a refined age, and is located in Sukhumvit Soi 31. The DB Bradley Dining Room is named after Dan Beach Bradley, an American missionary who served in Siam from 1835 until his death in 1873, and who in addition to his missionary work, served as a doctor, printer, writer, government advisor, and an unofficial American Ambassador. He is credited by the Thai people as introducing Western medicine to the country, printing the first non-government run newspaper, and was the teacher of Kings Mongkut and Chulalongkorn.
Feel the supreme taste of the special lunch set at DB Bradley Dining Room, The Eugenia. Available today until July 31st, 2011 on 11:30-14:00.
