The 4-course special set menu starts with ‘roasted shrimps with mousseline croquettes’ or ‘caesar salad with calamari’, ‘wild mushroom cream soup’, ‘grilled duo of sea bass & salmon with baby vegetables & saffron cream sauce’ or ‘Mediterranean chicken stuffed with spinach cream cheese & homemade pastas’ and ‘blueberry cheese cake & vanilla ice cream’ for dessert.
