An Italian-born chef, Francesso is not new to the kitchen, as he has gathered lots of experience starting from his hometown in Italy, before expanding his horizon in cooking career in New York City, and now in Thailand. His skills are sharpened by Gambero Rosso, a renowned cooking institute in Rome, and his determination to cook an authentic Italian food has impressed the diners all around the world for more than 10 years.
His forte in classic Italian cuisine solidifies him as the perfect figure who can run the restaurant and overlook its sumptuous menus, as Medici is conceptualized by its authentic Italian fares, passed on from generations to generations, while each dishes are cooked up with intricate care and the best-quality ingredients. Its specialties include Filetto alla Rossini (Grilled All natural 150 days grain fed Australian beef topped with French foie gras & black truffle from Norcia) and La Fiorentina (All natural 150 days grain fed Australian beef T-bone steak with slow roasted potatoes).
