Best Western International — The World’s Largest Hotel Chain? - has announced another exciting and luxury development in the city of Melaka. The 300-room project is scheduled to be opened in 2013.
The property is situated in Ayer Keroh, the Melaka Trade Centre which is a modern business development with several international and local food & beverage outlets. The five-star hotel will be open as a BEST WESTERN PREMIER hotel with a large banquet facility, entertainment outlets, corporate offices and banks. The nearby area is surrounded by a hypermarket, a water theme park, the city’s bus terminal and the Malaysia International Trade Centre (MITC).

With 310,000 sqft land area with about 1,000,000 sqft build up area, the complex offers 150 retail outlets, 500 business suites or residences over four blocks of business tower, 301 guest rooms, villas and suites varying in sizes from 400 to 3500sqft with entertainment outlets adjacent to the hotel block.
