Our Italian Chef Filippo Morelli invites to a culinary journey through his native home country. Enjoy traditional dishes from 5 distinctive regions- Emilia Romagna, Valle d’Aosta, Veneto, Lombardia and Campania- all cooked with the finest ingredients and herbs to ensure you taste the real flavours of Italy. All delicious preparations of Italian dishes are awaited to be selected for your favorite dishes such as Emilia Romagna, tradition home made pasta with slow cooked minceduck ragout; Valle D’Aosta, pan fried chicken escallops topped with Italian cooked ham, melted Fontina cheese served with rucola lettuce; Lombardia, bread and parmesan crumbed pork chop “Milanese” style served with buttered spinach; Veneto, pan fried butter fish fillet with creamy lemon sauce and organic tomato salad with Italian herbs; Campania, sauteed beef escallops gratinated with mozzarella cheese in tomato sauce with aromatic herbs, accompanied by mashed potatoes. Salas Restaurant, the pool restaurant set in the heart of the resort, serves authentic Italian food in a relaxed Thai setting. Enjoy the favorite meal in one of 10 unique pavilions, surrounded by a lagoon style pool and tropical gardens.
