Our modern Chinese dining venue Yuan, with stunning views over the Chao Praya river, is delighted to welcome Chefs Walter Wang and Kevin Liang from the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing Chinese restaurant, Chynna, from 19th - 28th August 2011. A longstanding favorite amongst our treasured guests, Yuan’s reputation as one of Bangkok’s most innovative celebrations of Chinese cuisines is well deserved, paired delightfully with a respect for tradition and local tastes. With over 20 years of culinary experience behind them, Chefs Walter and Kevin will be adding their own signature dishes and preparations to Yuan’s diverse menu — including both a la carte and set menu options. Their specialties include Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin in a Stone Pot and Cantonese Style roast Crisp Chicken, as well as local Beijing delicacies such as Cold Cut Braised Pork Shoulder with Beijing Pancake and Beijing Healthy Roast Duck.
