Bangkok--15 Aug--Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square
The head’s of departments from various Accor properties attended a “Train the Trainer” session aimed to improve customer service led by Christophe Lejeune, Regional Director of Human Resources Thailand-Cambodia-Laos at the Monet Room of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. Philippe Le Bourhis, General Manager of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square joined the closing session amongst the successful trainers. The sessions were successful with attendees expressing more confidence to train staff for the benefit of their properties.
